This is The Ultimate Brawl Hack of Ultimate Destiny (Aka TUBHOUD) presented by yours truly, Chaotictails.
It is a 304MB file, that, when extracted to an SD card, makes Brawl better (yes, it is possible!)

Features:
-Modifies almost every character's costumes to a new one
-Changes their character select portraits accordingly
-Changes some stages
-Changes some music
-Changes the health/safety screen
-Changes the loading animation
-Changes New Pork City to the Wifi Practice Stage
-Removes Tripping
-Removes the 3 minute time limit on replays
-Allows 360 degree camera movement with infinite zoom in/out while paused and during replays

Now you are probably thinking to yourself, how do I acquire this awesome hack? Well it is easy! But first, there are some things that you will need:

Prerequisites:
-A Nintendo Wii
-An original, legit copy of Super Smash Brothers Brawl
-The Homebrew Channel
-An SD card size 1GB or higher, with at least 550 MB Free space

How did you find this hack anyways?

Long story short: The internet learned how, then I compiled the findings of the internet.

Short story long:
I became excited about a Brawl Texture Hack called ]EE[ back in July. It then got canned for unknown reasons, on the day of release, but before it was released. However, they did get their instructions on how they made it out- and I, like many others, downloaded them. Eventually, people made their own texture hacks, texture hack clans, and even some of ]EE['s original work managed to escape onto the web. After a while, people refined and automated the methods, creating programs such as ASH, STASH, and CUPASH, which make the process about ten times faster, and they learned even more about Brawl's filesystem, including all of it's texture formats (pcs and pac) and its audio format (brstm). People also figured out how to run the textures directly from an SD card using Gecko OS codes, rather than injecting them into the ISO manually. Nowadays, we can Change the textures, gameplay elements, stages, music, and with ProjectZero, we can now even edit the character's movesets. Brawl has almost turned into an open source engine, even though they removed the debug menu. The only thing one has to do is compile it all.
Which I did. I took some of the best texture hacks, music hacks, and stage hacks from various sources, then put them all into one easy-to-use archive. So yeah. That's how
